To protect our clients, we are encouraging remote-only sessions, and limiting our in-person sessions as much as possible.
What does this mean? It means that we will be connecting to our client's devices using screen sharing apps like TeamViewer, Zoom, or ones that come bundled with your operating system.
Screen sharing even works for mobile devices!
Our tutors are skilled at leading clients through the setup process. Even our local customers opt for remote sessions for convenience, safety and to save on travel charges. We also love that remote sessions open up possibilities for tutoring clients with mobility issues or those who travel frequently.
There really isn't any issue we can't help you with -- printers, bluetooth devices, and more can be seen through the camera or by screen sharing. All you need is a connection to the internet.
