I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Laura Moynihan for 5+ years. She was my first virtual tutor and, when I retired with no IT Dept, she helped me so much! She also helped me decide what computer to buy when my 12 year old Mac finally quit. Enter Steve Ohlfest, my current tutor. He's wonderful too! He has taught me so much about shortcuts and cleaning up my photos which is extremely important to me. DHM is like having one's own IT Department for Mac or PC systems. They do it all! Laura and her team are very professional in working with our business. We needed help with our Google Drive and file sharing. She has maintained the website for us for the past two years. When we request a change to the site Laura takes the project on and completes it appropriately.
