I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Laura Moynihan for 5+ years. She was my first virtual tutor and, when I retired with no IT Dept, she helped me so much! She also helped me decide what computer to buy when my 12 year old Mac finally quit. Enter Steve Ohlfest, my current tutor. He's wonderful too! He has taught me so much about shortcuts and cleaning up my photos which is extremely important to me. DHM is like having one's own IT Department for Mac or PC systems. They do it all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Laura and her team are very professional in working with our business. We needed help with our Google Drive and file sharing. We now are able to use Google Drive as well as have our computers protected. Would definitely recommend for businesses as well as individuals wanting to use their computers more efficiently. Her Tech Tuesday events are fun and you learn a lot you didn't know you needed to know.

Last year I bought a brand new Power book to replace a 13 years old powerbook. I had no idea how to move files, update my accounting software, or how to organize my computer. Digital Helpmates helped me get up and running. Laura helped me remotely during the pandemic to make other upgrades to my network and my security. I would recommend this company whole heartedly. Digital Helpmates created a website for our Kitsap Computing Seniors organization. Laura Moynihan, the owner, did the work in a very professional manner. She has maintained the website for us for the past two years. When we request a change to the site Laura takes the project on and completes it appropriately. Her communication with us has been excellent and consistent.
