My love for technology started when I was just a child. You couldn’t count on both hands the number of times my dad needed to lock up his shed in order to keep me from messing with his electronics. I always got so much joy from being able to take apart, learn about, and then put right back together many everything from speakers to desktop computers.

Fast forward to 2015 when I began working as an IT Helpdesk Technician for a non-profit organization located in Washington State. I was ecstatic to come to work to help solve all the day-to-day tech problems the company was facing. Up until then,  I had always had mobile Android devices, but five minutes after walking into an Apple Store for the first time and seeing the elegant iPhone 6 I never looked back – I became an official Apple Fanboy!

From there, I began pursuing my IT knowledge and technical career. Every interaction with my colleagues was gracefully followed by a conversation about my tech. In fact, I was unknowingly recruiting people to T-Mobile’s “Uncarrier Revolution” without even being a mobile representative. I was passionate about getting people the BEST in the industry and making their life easier with all things tech. Therefore, a switch to the tech sales industry was in order.

From 2017 to today, in addition to working as a Tech Tutor for Digital Helpmates, I have held various tech sales and retail jobs that fit my outgoing personality, ultimately landing me where I am today as an Inbound Sales Specialist for Spectrum. I am also the Tech Director for Grace Bible Church in Moore, South Carolina; of whom I call my church family.

When I am not elbow deep in all things tech, I enjoy spending quality time with my family bowling, playing games, or having a deep conversation about life. I also enjoy spending time in front of a piano being expressive and creative in music, and long walks and camping trips in nature.
