Get Rid of Chrome Ads
Ugh. Chrome is great but when a spammer gets ahold of your notifications, your screen can look like this. Luckily, you can turn these off:
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome window.
Click on “Settings.”
Type “Notifications” into the top search bar.
Follow the highlights for the next two clicks: “Site Settings” then “Notifications.”
Under the “Allow” menu, click the three vertical dots next to any sites you don’t recognize or want to remove notifications from.
Additionally, be very selective when you visit a new site in Chrome and it asks you if you want notifications. I almost always say NO.
